Sauna Sessions and Meal Options

Sauna sessions and meal options at Arctic Westie Fest

We're excited to offer both sauna sessions and meal options during the event!

Sign-Up 📋

All sauna and meal bookings can be made via DanceApp (danceapp.net). If you've been given a discount after your initial payment (volunteer/member), it will automatically be deducted from your add-on costs at checkout.

‼️ Beware that sign-up for dinner must be completed before 12:00 pm (noon) on Wednesday, April 8th.

Sauna at PUST 🧖‍♀️🏊

  • Sunday, 16:30-18:30
  • Two time slots (1 hour each)
  • 16 persons per slot
  • 300 NOK per person

Food at the Event 🥪🍲

Lunch (Friday & Saturday)

Simple and tasty bread with spreads (brødmat med pålegg): 100 NOK per meal. Baguettes and toast can also be bought in the kiosk.

Saturday Dinner (at Fløyahallen, 20:00)

  • Reindeer stew - 390 NOK
  • Chili sin carne (vegetarian & lactose-free) - 300 NOK

No other allergens are included in either dinner.

Want to level up your dancing during the event? Book a private lesson with our amazing instructors and get personalized feedback tailored just for you!

How to book:

  • Robert Royston - send him an email at to arrange your session
  • All other instructors - contact them directly via Messenger

Bringing a dance partner to your private lesson is recommended, but make sure to check with your instructor if it's needed for your specific focus.

  • Robert Royston & Mia Pastor - 14-time Swing and Country World Champion Robert teams up with the dynamic Mia Pastor for workshops that blend technique with musicality.
  • Ibiroquay Alsén & Caroline Bejstam - Nordic excellence meets Latin flavor! These All-Star level instructors bring passion and precision to every class.
  • Wayne & Aggi Powell - With over 25 years of combined teaching experience, this power couple brings deep knowledge and infectious energy.
